Each day takes about an hour and assumes the one before it. Day 3 will not make much sense without Day 2. Read the explanation, study the diagram until you could redraw it from memory, then do the check at the bottom.

Do the check without scrolling back

Looking up the answer while you answer teaches you nothing. Get it wrong, read why, then go back and re-read that part. Being wrong on purpose here is much cheaper than being wrong in an exam.

Say it out loud

At the end of each day, close the page and explain the Big Idea out loud, in your own words, using the proper terms. If you cannot say it, you do not know it yet — and that is genuinely the fastest way to find the gap.

Use the flashcards for the vocabulary

Biology marks are won and lost on precise words. The flashcards give you one term at a time and put the ones you miss back in the pile.

Finish with the final test

Once all four days are done, sit the final test in one go. The written questions show you exactly where each mark comes from, so you can see what a full-mark answer actually looks like.
